This verdant oasis, covering over two acres just outside the main property, is home to a variety of fresh produce—tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, strawberries, apples, and of course, plums.
Every ingredient is thoughtfully cultivated, providing a truly authentic Mediterranean dining experience. Our herb garden also yields fresh spices that infuse our dishes with a distinct and memorable flavor.
